Since 2007, Monaco Shawarma has been serving up authentic Lebanese flavors with a passion for quality and tradition. What started as a cozy sit-down restaurant quickly grew into a local favorite, leading us to open our express location on Huron Church in 2012. As demand for our unique offerings expanded, we relocated to our current home in 2020, where we continue to bring fresh, bold flavours to our community.
At the heart of Monaco Shawarma is Chef Adel, whose dedication to authenticity and innovation has set us apart. We are proud to be North America’s first Lebanese restaurant to offer shawarma on the saj—a traditional, handcrafted approach that enhances flavour and texture in a way no ordinary shawarma can.
